Information about our return processes and legal regulations.

Dear customer, if you are reading this section, you have probably (unfortunately) changed your mind about your product.

It is very important to us that you give us feedback about your experience with us. This way we can continue to improve our products and services for you and hope that you will give us another chance to impress you in the future.

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to our Return Request Form page at the bottom of the page.
  2. Enter your order details and follow the steps.
  3. We will review your request and return your order to us after confirmation. We will continue the return process.

Please note that our company headquarters is not a return address. We will send you your return address after your return has been reviewed and approved. Please understand that we cannot accept liability for items sent to the wrong address.

Before returning products to us, please note the following:

  • The goods must be unused, in resalable condition, in their original condition and properly packaged. (We may require proof of purchase.)
  • Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt at our returns office.
  • Please ensure you return the items to us within 14 calendar days of receipt.
  • All returns must be in the original reusable packaging. If you do not have it, please return it in similar size packaging to that originally sent. Reminder: The packaging of the product must not be damaged or altered.
  • All goods returned to us must comply with the Terms and Conditions and Returns Procedures. Otherwise, we reserve the right to return the product(s) to you at our own expense. If you make a refund, it may take a minimum of five business days from the date of our refund notification for the funds to be credited to your account. Refunds will only be made to the original payment method.
  • Custom made products and promotional orders are non-refundable unless faulty.
  • We reserve the right to issue you a partial refund if the value of the product is reduced due to inadequate packaging or unfounded complaints.
